Caring staff that loves animals. The staff here does an extraordinary job of taking care of the animals in need and minimizing your wait in the lobby. They're always friendly and willing to help you out any way possible. I recommend this animal clinic to all!

NEGLIGENT DOCTOR

Warning - DO NOT bring your pet here. I brought my dog in & shared my fear that he was experiencing "bloat' or "gastric torsion" with Dr. DeCastilho. She discredited my concern & said he was "just dehydrated". She ran test after test & charged me exorbitant amounts, yet never took an x-ray. When I picked him up in the morning he could barely walk & I had to rush him to another hospital to have the surgery he NEEDED. He DID have bloat & he was kept overnight in a cage, on his feet at Knowles because he couldn't stand up & lay down on his own. Thank goodness he made a full recovery when I took him to a doctor to untangle his twisted stomach.

I've been here multiple times for my two kittens and the entire team has been extremely helpful and accommodating. Dr. Wise is very caring and patient. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

Knowledgeable Staff

I am very pleased with the care my pet received at Knowles Animal Clinic. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The vet did an excellent job with explaining everything and I couldn't have been happier with the service. Thank you very much for being so awesome at what you do!
