NEGLIGENT DOCTOR. Warning - DO NOT bring your pet here. I brought my dog in & shared my fear that he was experiencing "bloat' or "gastric torsion" with Dr. DeCastilho. She discredited my concern & said he was "just dehydrated". She ran test after test & charged me exorbitant amounts, yet never took an x-ray. When I picked him up in the morning he could barely walk & I had to rush him to another hospital to have the surgery he NEEDED. He DID have bloat & he was kept overnight in a cage, on his feet at Knowles because he couldn't stand up & lay down on his own. Thank goodness he made a full recovery when I took him to a doctor to untangle his twisted stomach.

I would highly recommend them to everyone.. I've been here multiple times for my two kittens and the entire team has been extremely helpful and accommodating. Dr. Wise is very caring and patient. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

Knowledgeable Staff. I am very pleased with the care my pet received at Knowles Animal Clinic. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The vet did an excellent job with explaining everything and I couldn't have been happier with the service. Thank you very much for being so awesome at what you do!

Awesome Service. Very trustworthy and professional staff. I'm always in awe of how organized they always seem to be. My Scrappy and I never have a long wait whenever we come in. Everyone is always friendly and willing to help us. I highly recommend Knowles Animal Clinic if you're in the area.

Awesome Clinic. I took my little Lola in to see if they could examine her ear, because she would continuously scratch her ear like there was something in it. They did the examination, assessed the situation, explained to me what the issue was and what needed to be done, and had her back home with me by the end of the day. The price for the visit wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be, so that was a plus all within itself! Now I refer all my friends to the pet clinic.

Great Visit. Our visit to the Knowles Animal Clinic went well considering the circumstances. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The front desk area was warm and welcoming. And most of all it didn't cost me an arm and a leg for the care. I greatly appreciate the service and I highly recommend to those in need of a great clinic to take their pets to.

Wonderful Care. Knowles Animal Clinic has been so wonderful with my pets health. I feel like every time we go in for a check up or any emergency issues, my pet is always in great hands. Thank you for the continuous wonderful care.

Great Job. They are awesome. My dogs are prone to growths and cancers. They do a great job of keeping them in check, letting me know which ones need to be removed, which ones are benign, and which ones should be watched. I've never been shocked by a bill or given advice I found suspect. They have a good, no nonsense, science based approach.
