Doral Centre Animal Clinic

I went to Doral Animal clinic late on a weeknight desperately seeking help for my dog after a horrible experience at Banfield Hospital. Dr. Hammer took her in immediately and began checking her. right away I was told what was wrong and what needed to be done. The attention, love and matter in which my dog was received made all the difference in the world to me. Turns out she had three different problems going on at the same time which immediately Dr. Hammer began taken care off. Among other things that were going on, my dog was suffering with Pyometra which needed immediate surgery. Dr. Hammer took care of that too. She is an angel. GOD bless her hands and continue to help her in helping other people with their pets.…

Best Vet in Town. On a Saturday Morning, I took my Fluffy because she had a very bad skin rash. Having a baby at home, I wanted to get a diagnosis right away. They were on a wait, with many customers and I did not have an appointment. When I walked in, a very nice receptionist told me they would gladly make room for me but there would be a wait. She offered me coffee and doughnuts in a large waiting area where they were showing the movie "Sky Kids". They saw me in under 40 minutes, very efficietnly, a new vet, Dr. Brumm ran a series of diagnosis on my pup. In 25 minutes, they had results, assured me it was not contagious to my baby at home, and sent me home with medication with a free recheck. They are my favorite vet. I read the reviews, and as far as having New Doctors, Dr. Brumm is my new favorite vet. I highly recommend her. She is one of the Best they have had. She is there Every Saturday I was told..…

Stern Management, but They Saved My Pet!!. I have been a customer of Dr. Cabeza for over 10 years now. Way before theymoved into the "pretty" clinic. I always liked their medicine for my pets, and I do have to agree that their policies have changed. I was shocked the first time they asked me for payment up front, after being so loyal, and I had an issue about a year ago with a double charge. I met with the Office Manager, and she quickly fixed the problem and gave me a free bath for the inconvinience. Later on, the staff explained that they had so many "honest" owners agree to services and then refuse to pay, abandon their pets, or fight for cheaper prices after agreeing, so they had no choice but to implement policies. As a Small Business Owner myself, I have to say, the lady manager is not the nicest person I have met, but she is the Best thing that has happened to Dr. Cabeza's practice. She is stern, timely and unbiased. I actually contemplated recruiting her, cause I could use someone like her at my business. As for the new Doctors, no matter who I see, Dr. Marks, Dr. Carter, Dr. Markova. They are All Great!!! They are not the cheapest, but they are the Most Affordable Emergency Clinic in Miami Dade ( I checked). If you want rinky dink medicine, go to a cheap clinic in Hialeah. If you want Complete Medicine, and a well pet, go to them. Dr. Cabeza is better than ever and even spoke to me about a Non Profit they are creating to help people who cant afford services. I will continue to support them with my business and recommend them. I read the negative reviews, and I ask myself if those are the very people who are looking for free services or who abandon their pets.... I ask people to support local businesses in Doral. If you dont have money, go somewhere else. It is a business, and they do a pretty damn good job. Props to Doral Centre Animal Clinic. Especially for having to deal with some of the low class scoundrels in Miami and Doral who look only to Free Hand outs..
