Home-like amenities distinguish this SoBe hotel.. Hotel reviews rarely start on the balcony, but it's fitting for this edgy boutique getaway. The deep balconies of the 79 one and two story suites offer ample room for outdoor living, complete with dining room tables, chairs, chaise lounges and planters. Some even offer Roman hot tubs. Indoor amenities are also spiffy, from rain showerheads to European wet bars to a pair of 32-inch flat screen televisions in every suite. Floor-to-ceiling-windows offer varying views, gratefully soundproofed to keep the SoBe party scene to a comfortable din.
