Carlos - one of the best hair stylists in South Florida. I was new to Miami and looking for a good hair salon. I decided to go with the Grove since it's trendy with a lot of foot traffic so I thought that it's got to be good. It is not just good, it's great! I am 35 yrs old and I used a lot of hair dressers in different states, different countries. Of all, I would only recommend 2, one of which is Carlos at Allure! Very intuitive, he read my mind of what I needed done. He knows how to perfectly balance the wants and needs of the customer with the trendy and what actually works for the customer. In other words, he takes the time to fully understand what you want and explains thoroughly how he will get to the end result. On the other hand, if what you think you want will end up making you look quite ridiculous, he will very graciously recommend a more proper way to do the same thing with a little touch of his magic.

A month ago I was selected to be a contestant on Wheel of Fortune so, without hesitation, I went to Carlos to get my hair ready for the spotlight. Once again, he transformed my hair into the most beautiful, radiant, camera ready hair do ever. He did my hair on Monday and show was shot on Wednesday so I did not wash it, did not mess with it, and it looked adorable all day.

Amazing! If you're looking for a new hair dresser, look no more.

Allure Hair Salon. I was recommended by my sister-in-law who has been going to Allure for almost 10 years... I was in town for my engagement photo shoot... Carlos did my Hair extensions as well as the day of the photo shoot, styled my hair in three different ways...OMG....AMAZING... The photos came out GREAT...The friendliness and professionalism of the staff is something you can't find but the quality of there work nothing less than STUPENDOUS....I also had a manicure, pedicure, and eye brows waxed...let me tell you FANTASTIC....from the moment I walked into the salon I felt as though I had been going there for years... Everyone there made my experience so pleasant and enjoyable.... Im getting married on Fisher Island in a few months, Carlos and staff will be styling everyones hair at my event....I'm so excited... if your like me and like the BEST come to Allure Hair Salon & have your own one of a kind experience....

Allure Hair Salon. I have been going to Allure Salon for two years and I have yet to be disappointed! It is such an amazing place. The talent is incredible and the staff is so gracious. A day at Allure is a relaxing one with lots of laughs and great hair!

The manager, Pablo, is conscientious, friendly and has the ability to place each person with the right stylist for his/her personality.

The staff is overwhelmingly talented. I recently used Carlos for my color and Gabe for my cut. They both were overwhelmingly amazing! I walked out loving my hair and happy with the overall experience.

Everyone should try Allure. I highly recommend it!
