Great Organic Hair Color

I just moved in the area and was looking for an organic salon. Cindy did an AWESOME! job. Love my color. Organic is the way to go - it lasts and lasts - and she was covering over gray. Everyone there were so nice - it was a great experience. I highly recommend Zen Zen Salon - you can't go wrong.

Best Salon in Aventura/Miami!

Cindy French (owner) has been my stylist for over 10 years! Her quality of work (highlights/color, cut, styling) is consistent to my needs and her service is impeccable! Up to date fashion styles, in addition to organic, all natural product without the use of chemicals…who can ask for more? Although I moved to Delray Beach, FL (an hour away) about two years ago, my loyalty continues. Her experience coupled with visionary skill is a very hard find! I highly recommend visiting her salon…even if it’s for a preliminary consultation, you will immediately recognize the difference!

WHAT A PLEASURE

I have been through many salons in this area and none match up to this one. The professionalism of the owner is unmatched. She is wonderful, takes her time with you and makes sure you are comfortable in every way. The salon itself is so adorable. It is decorated in a way to make everyone comfortable - no matter what the age. I also love the infusion water - how brilliant to think out of the box. You can also get coffee or tea.

However, the most wonderful part is that Cindy is a true professional and a super colorist. I have searched for many years trying to find someone who would listen to me and my needs and wants for my hair. The fact that she is going organic is wonderful, we certainly are exposed to enough chemicals that we have no control over. My head does not itch and the color stays just as well as other non-organic lines. One other item - I never felt I was being taken advantage of price wise. This salon is not only very professional but also very, very honest. You will not have the feeling that you have been taken advantage of, which is a lot more that I can say about others that I have been to in this area.

I highly recommend this salon.

Unprofessionalism at it's best!

It's about time someone told the truth about this horrific employer! She took full advantage of my friend as well! This women is clearly not cut out to be a salon owner. Her two-faced attitude is an enormous part of the problem. He worked there for over 8 months and finally walked out after the owner accosted one of hi...s clients running after her like a Banchee out the front door. Just one of the many displays of unprofessionalism and insincerity on her part as an owner of a "high end" salon. The blaring rock music throughout the salon did'nt help matters either.In trying to achieve a calming and welcoming atmosphere in her salon it might help to actually interact with her employees clients instead of isolating herself in one corner of the salon. Shouting greetings to new and returning clients does'nt make for a very welcoming atmosphere! To bad.... it's a nice salon and location. Unfortunately headed for failure do to poor management!

Hands down BEST salon in Miami

I can say enough positive things about ZEN ZEN, specifically Cindy French. She helped me create a whole new image and really took the time to get to know my personality and lifestyle to better customize my new look.

Even better, the prices are very reasonable, and the location very quaint and comfortable. Definitely a zen experience.
