Get ready! This is no joke. The room is always 110 degrees & it's a full body cardio work out. Great for blood circulation! Highly recommended. Eat 3 hours prior to class & bring plenty of water!

Make sure you're very hydrated before class- the mre you drink then the more you sweat and the better. It cools you off!
Drink lots of water before class and have some coconut water just before class to help you stay hydrated throughout!
