Don't go here. The term "cageless" is misleading. Although you will see some dogs playing together in the playroom, others are kept separated in private rooms. I'm sure they would claim that these dogs misbehave, however I feel it's because they have too many dogs to supervise. I was gone a week and wonder how much time my dogs spent playing, which is what I paid for. The past two times I've used them, my dogs were so thirsty and couldn't get enough water. I have never seen my dogs like that, even after a long walk on the hottest day.

Dog Charm prices are not as cheap as they appear. You can't pick up or drop off on Sundays, and you pay for Monday even if you pick up at 8:30am, so be sure to add in the price for those days. For all my trips, the final cost was just as or more expensive than other kennels!

I have boarded my dogs in cageless kennels for 6 years, and I would never go to this place again.
