Do not bother with this company! go to a REAL bank!. Short and Sweet. In my opinion I have had the most horrible time purchasing a home at Ives Dairy Townhomes on Ives Dairy Rd. I will not go into that (read that review), just do NOT purchase there. Anyway, thier preferred lender is Unilenders, Just a big scam with the developer, Lily Bertran of sales.. and of Unilenders "Super" Rick.. The only thing super about him is the way he dodges questions and is super at giving you b.s. answers that mean nothing. Just talks yet says nothing. Go to a REAL Bank (or if you must Neumeyer thier other lender) get a loan and you will avoid the stress and scam we have been dealing with for months! You will not get the closing costs paid if you (are dumb enough) purchase at IVES DAIRY TOWNHOMES, but you at least know things will be done in a timely manner and not some low down scheisty stuff! They are not doing anything in your best interests- only theirs! Heed my experience and opinion and Please make an informed decision!
