Rouge Waterfront Dining in North Miami Beach is a must for Sunday brunch! This past Sunday, my boyfriend and I decided to have a waterfront brunch. We had never tried Rouge, so we decided to check it out. I had the most amazing Eggs Benedict made with fresh Maryland crab cakes and all I could drink Mimosa’s! My Boyfriend is a chef, making him very critical of food. He raved about his boneless short ribs the entire ride home… we live in Deerfield Beach.

Birthday Celebration!. I had heard great things about Rouge from all of my friends. I took my brother down for his 21st birthday, and it couldn’t have been a better choice! For seafood lovers, I highly recommend the PEI Atlantic Salmon- it was perfectly cooked. My chocolate-loving brother had the chocolate royale for dessert, and loved it! He and I will always remember the Rouge for serving him his first drink, the Razz Chocotini- definitely recommend it! Thanks Rouge for making my brother’s birthday so special!

Dine in Style. I went to Rouge this past weekend for the first time with a group of friends. I was completed blown away by its location – the waterfront view is stunning! As we walked in it felt like I was in South Beach or New York- very stylish interiors!

We hung out and had cocktails and dinner. The one menu item that I am ordering next time was the Rack of Lamb. My boyfriend let me taste his and it was delicious!

Great food & view!. Living in Miami, there are so many restaurants to choose from, but Rouge is definitely a must! I went for the first time on a date and the atmosphere was comfortable and added to the amazing waterfront view. I could not turn down the duck starter salad, and convinced my date to share with me. The grouper was amazing and I was too full for dessert, but will save room next time because the selections looked awesome. Can’t wait to go back!

Awesome!. I recently went to Rouge in North Miami with my brother to celebrate his new job. We both love seafood and figured we would give it a try. We were very impressed. The service was awesome and the views of the water were beautiful. We ordered the oysters to start and really enjoyed them. For his entrée, my brother ordered the Seafood Stew and could not stop raving about it. I ordered the Frisee Salad and was very impressed. The menu had something for everyone. I plan on recommending this place to all of my friends, and making them take me along!

Best Dessert. Many of these other reviews talk about Rouge’s great entrees. Don’t get me wrong, the food is superb, but you cannot skip dessert! Their desserts are perfect for either the fruit or the chocolate lover.

If you’re like me and crave chocolate on a regular basis, get the Chocolate Royale. It is the most delicious blend of white and dark chocolate mousse. It’s so good! The beautiful presentation is an added bonus too.

Nothing but the Best!. We had a great experience at Rouge when I took my girlfriend out for her birthday. It was our first time there but we had heard so many great things about this place that we had to try it out. The food was really great… I had the 10oz Churrasco and my girlfriend had the Chilean Sea Bass, they were both incredible, the steak was perfectly cooked and cut like butter! And the Sea bass pretty much melted in your mouth.

We were planning on meeting friends somewhere else after dinner but we ended up telling everyone to come since it was so entertaining especially as we continued our evening at C Lounge and Cigar Bar next door! So much fun! Both places are great spots to hang out with friends and enjoy a wonderful view and tremendous drinks!

Exquisite Waterfront Dining. I came down to South Florida to visit some friends while i had time off from work. I told them since i never get to be in nice weather, I'd love to grab a bite to eat by the water. They all were saying how they've been hearing good things about Rouge. When we got there the atmosphere of the place was just awesome, especially the waterfront dining. I dont get to experience that often so i was quite impressed. The wait staff was impecable and so was the food. Coming from an out of towner i definitely recommend dining at Rouge.

A Good Time. I had the opportunity to be with friends last weekend for dinner at Rouge and I can assure you that the experience was unique. Upon arrival the atmosphere, the people, and the staff were great. My personal choice of the night got started with the entree of Pasta Jardiniere with a unique taste and flavor.. I strongly recommend for everyone looking out for a new dinning experience of food and atmosphere come to Rouge..
