Most High End Hotel/Condos in FL-UNDER CONSTRUCTION. The St Regis Bal Harbour will be the most high end hotel and condo development in FL, when completed in early 2012. Best location in Miami, across from exclusive Bal Harbour Shops.

Condo unit inventory has decreased a lot in late 2010, so if you are going to buy there, check with the St Regis sales people before all the preferred units are gone. I think there are only 2 "pie-shaped" units left in the center tower.

We worked with Leeor Bar-Haim, an Israeli-American, at the St Regis. Really sweet, knowledgeable, non-pushy guy, and most importantly, honest.

Hotel is over rated based on shoddy roooms. I stayed in the south tower for two nights over Spring break 2006. Due to poor engineering/maintenance, I stayed in this room with a dark bathroom. I also slipped in the bathtub while showering due to poor lighting. The bathroom also has no ventilation. The walkin closet has no light. You are awakened by Sheraton's recieving dock shooting hispanic foul language to each other. Overall, you'd have better service @ HolidayInn.
