Excellent service, they sent their lead installer, Van Kushner, who was very attentive and professional. Also, the diagnostic technician, Alanderson (from Brazi) and his partner were very friendly, courteous and polite. I recommend all air strongly.

Wonderful Service & Very Professional. As a first-time customer, I called and they sent someone within a few hours. They explained how everything works and when it came time to decide on the estimate, I felt the diagnostic was correct. In addition, I learned more about my unit and the expected life. When they left, everything worked.

Good Job. They called back when they said they would to schedule.. They actually called back again to ask if they could come 2 hours early. As if I would say no. They were professional, polite,and knowledgeable. My techs were Adam and AL, wonderful. I will use this service again and tell my friends.

all Air Techs. are the best!. This is my second review of All Air of South Dade.

Their yearly service is impeccable. I've written about my Tech, Santos who is a pleasure to deal with and excellent tech.

The staff that dispatches the calls are fantastic too. Friendly, follow through with getting service to your home quickly. Makes me smile just to hear their positive attitude over the phone.

This year I decided to change out my 11 year old a/c system, and also have my duct system checked because the air flow to my upstairs has always been weak. They sent Santos, and Adam a specialist, to check why I was having the problems, and then, with my agreement ,had Mike the specialist in determining what is needed to bring up the cooling to the correct level efficiency check out my issues.

As always each person that I've dealt with has been professional , well educated in their specialty, NOT high pressure sales people, and I feel extremely comfortable with their ability to get the work done correctly!

If you're looking for a company to trust "All Air of South Dade" is the place to call. You won't be disappointed.

Outstanding Professional AC Installation and Service. If you are looking for a team of A/C professionals who will provide the highest level of technical competence, a detailed approach to service or system installation, and a dedication to excellent customer service, look no further.

While researching options to replace our system, I took an extensive look into other companies. Our new 5 ton unit was installed on Monday by Van and Bryant. The quality of the work by Van as team lead exceeded all expectations. No surprised really, since we have had several service prompt calls on our previous equipment.

Mike Gonzalez in sales was very thorourgh in his approach in presenting the inital proposal based on the field survey by Richard and Kyle. Mike was also rock solid and prompt to furnish provide follow-up information requested.

The first call we received early Tuesday was the ALL AIR team checking to make sure everything went as planned and to confirm our system was operating normally.

How refreshing to find this kind of well run company!

Great Service. All Air of South Dade offers it's clients excellent service. All Air technicians are experienced, well-informed, professional, knowledgeable, uniformed and good communicators. They make sure the customer is satisfied with the work done.

I have worked with several All Air technicians. They are all very good. Richard has done work for us on several occasions and he's excellent!

The truth is, All Air personnel in general (specifically Erica as my contact person) are personable, professional and courteous.

Quick Dependable Service. In September of 2011 I began my research to locate a Air Conditioning Company to replace my Air Conditioning Unit. After speaking with several companies it was clear that I wanted only All Air of South Dade to do the job. The sales staff was very informative in helping me make my decision. The two Technicians/Installers (Van & Colby) completed the work in a very professional manner. I am very pleased with All of the personnel and technicians at ALL AIR OF SOUTH DADE.

Simple and Easy. When researching various air conditioning companies, we decided to go with All Air of South Dade for a couple of reasons.

1). Follow-up phone calls from Erica, pursuing the business.

2). Friendliness of the initial technican, Robert.

The installation with Van Kushner was seemless and very informative. After discussions with Mike, we purchased a Lennox and after just a short period of time we can tell the difference already.
