Richard and Colby showed up quickly after I called with a problem on my AC. They explained the problem and demonstrated what was wrong, and after letting me know the cost to fix it, performed the repair quickly. I'm glad I didn't have to go all night without AC.

Stay away from these guys!! They will say or do just about anything to get you to buy a brand new A/C unit from them...even lie to your face. My A/C was frozen up. First of all, they didn't show up when they said they were going to. When they finally did show up 3 hours later, they told me that I needed a new unit and that they would temporarily fix it and that I could buy a new unit from them for $4500. They charged me $80 for the "repair". The next day, the A/C stopped working again. I called a different company. The guy came out and told me they did nothing, that they just let it thaw out and it started working again on it's own. The problem was that the coils needed to be cleaned. Now the unit is working fine and has been fine for 4 months.

These people are a rip off and price
gougers. They tried to sell me a bunch of unnecessary upgrades and came up with a price of over $1,000. They made a repair at 11AM and by 9PM it was not working again. I called their 24 hour service number and refused to come out. I told them I will dispute the charge on my card and he said, "you think I need your $325 ?" They are a piece of work and I would not recommend them to my worst enemy!!!!!!!!!

I just got my AC unit fixed by ALL AIR
OF SOUTH DADE. MAGNIFICENT JOB!!!
Technicians & super specialists Richard & Carlos did an ABSOLUT PROFESSIONAL job not just fixing my unit and extending the life of it but also explaining every single detail I need to know to understand the process and get the cool flow of air in my condo.
Trusworthy, responsible, super nice, educated,clean (check out the yellow disposable boots they wear on top of their shoes to make sure they don't dirty up the floors!)
The rating in here is 1 to 5 stars but I want to give them 10 stars!
Thanks All Air of South Dade, richard, Carlos & everyone else in the company.
Don't hesitate to call them!

Great service. Adam was very helpful and professional. Matt and Adam worked quickly to get the a/c back in service. I would recommend this company and these guys. Richard did the origjnal estimate and service call and was extremely knowledgible as well.

Real Customer Service.
Adam was my tech today to tune up my system. He obviously loves his job and made sure I understood
my system and ways I might improve it.
In a county that is a true horror for customer service, Adam
beams with how to treat a customer and so much more.
I can honestly say that this man is a true professional,
being respectful, courteous and knowledgeable. He is
a gem amongst Rocks. Furthermore, in all my years
as a customer, I have found this company to be far superior and to date all the employees and techs
have always treated me with the highest regard. It just doesn't get any better than that!

Great Service and Expertise.
I have been having issues with my AC for the last 6 months. I've been working with a local 'AC repair man' that has cost me $$$$ only to have the problem re-occur.
I recently found All Air of South Dade online and from the very first call to make my appointment I have had nothing but the best service. I was able to get a technician to my house within hours and when they showed up they made it very clear they were experts and left me with no doubt that the issue would be fixed but the time they left.
Adam and Matt were professional, proficient, friendly and knew what they were doing.
My AC now works perfectly and wish I had found All Air of South Dade a few months ago. I will defintely recommend these guys for AC repair - ask for ADAM!!!!!!

Finally Honest A/C guy!.
Like everyone else, I always felt that next to a mechanic the A/C guy always seems like he wants to rip you off and since we can't live without A/C in South Florida you are at their mercy. So when All Air came out and gave me a quote to fill Freon and then gave me 2 other options of what they feel I need to do to prolong the life of my A/C I was skeptical. I really liked the tech and thought he was professional and thorough and explained everything but in my mind I thought....trust no one....well i should have followed my gut feeling but stubborn me decided to think about it and get back to them.
Well, guess what, after getting other quotes I realized that they gave me not only good advice about what I really needed but the best prices out there! Wow, an honest A/C guy?????
So let's now talk about Adam, Mr. Honest A/C guy. Adam was professional, thorough, didn't try to swindle me into unnecessary things and very nice and polite. He did his job quickly and showed me what he was doing and explained why. I actually understood why I needed these things. Adam was very clean and considerate of his surroundings which is rare in these types of situations. You couldn't even tell they were here after they left it was so clean. If All Air knew how to fix other things at home I would call them to come in just because Adam made the experience bearable for something that normally is frustrating.
His partner Chris and the entire All Air team were easy to work with and very professional which is rare in Miami.
As I sit here in my well air conditioned house with my silent condenser outside all I can say is...thanks Mr.Honest A/C guy....you are a breath of fresh air, literally and figuratively. Do you fix cars too? :-)

1 Happy Customer.
After my 4 ton Lennox unit failed on Thanksgiving day with 25 people at my house, I called All Air of south dade on friday morning. Mike came out and gave a very competitive quote on new equipment by noon the same day. Coming from a construction background I recognized the installation was going to be very challenging . Van and Mike installed the new AC and did an amazing job, they left the house cleaner than when they had arrived. I appreciatte all their efforts and would recommend the entire team highly.
