This company is awful!! The customer service is awful. We ordered a bounce house, a snow cone machine, and a face painter. The generator for the bounce house died 1hr into the party. Took another hour for them to come & fix it. The snow cone machine was flithy and no one told use how to use it.

Took 3 days after the party for someone to call back and only offer us a $35 refund for our dissatification. We were told that only the owner could authorize a larger refund and after several attemps to get a hold of him we still have not heard anything from the company.

TERRIBLE!!! Will never use them again!!

The only good thing was the face painter. She was on time and very nice. The kids were very excited and she was excellent.

This place was AWESOME. I looked everywhere to find a good price with how times have been and people were charging ridiculous prices for just the TENTS ALONE. I finally found imperial party rentals and the second I got on the phone, I knew they were my party soulmates. The girl, Annemarie was very very sweet and she helped me out in every possible way that she could. I'm very pleased with their services and would definatly recommend their services to my family and friends!! (:

imperial party deliver some chairs to my house two weeks ago, all i can say is ( YOU GUYS ROCK ) everithing came up beautiful chiavari chairs were great thank you for the idea.

if i could put zero stars i would. i would never recommend this company to my worst enemy, they completely ruined my son's first birthday and the disrespectful owner did absolutely nothing about it, if i could get into details about the situation i would but its so bad that they end up violating my post because i should have involved the police. point being, DO NOT USE THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY FOR YOUR PARTY OR YOU WILL BE SORRY!

All of my family is been doing bussiness with imperial for a long time and they have been super nice every time, clean products, on time delivery, i recommend imperial party.

worst party planning company to ever be in business, all the good reviews are obviously fake i would never recommend this company to my worst enemy. save yourself the money and major disappointment you have been warned.

We took a chance on imperial Event Rentals for our wedding not knowing anything about this company and I'm thrilled to say everything went PERFECTLY. Everything was delivered and set on time and it looked fabulous! grethel has been great and responds very quickly to emails which I think is VERY important when you're dealing with lots of vendors. I was never one to care about linen colors and what type of chairs however they make a big difference in appearance! I saw how cheap the stark white hotel chair covers made the room look (especially w/ the hideous carpeting the hotel had) I decided I at least wanted colored table linens and gold chiavari chairs. Prices were GREAT as I've never found anyone else cheaper in miami area. I highly recommend!

This company will not let you down. There prices are awesome. They work with you to make sure you are happy with your selection. They are not all about upselling but providing you with the items you need. If you need party rentals in broward I suggest you give these guys a call. I do around 4 parties a year I will be using this company in the future.

Rudest Company EVER!. I was just on their website looking for a few items I needed for my daughter's upcoming birthday. The person I chatted with was completely RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. They obviously don't give a crap about your business. I don't know how they get customers at all! All I know is that me and my money will be going someplace else. Don't use this horrible company! I asked if the person for pricing on some tent sidewalls and they told me to go look at the webpage. I did and then they gave me a different price. And were completely unhelpful. BRING YOUR BUSINESS SOMEPLACE ELSE. If they don't want to help me before 10AM then they shouldn't send a chat request asking to speak to me!!
