highly recommended. Such a good deal rent from them I rent tinker bell bouncer and a cotton candy for a really good price, and then the same day they deliver, the company send an extra snow cone without cost. Bouncer and machines were like new and the guy from the office was great, I will really rent from them again.

Mejor party rental in pembroke pines. Fue bueno haber encontrado a esta compania el precio fue el mejor que encontre, despues de haber buscado por toda la web y la calidad hay que reconocer que es exelente, la chica de la oficina grethel parece una computadora siempre super eficiente y nunca con mala actitud, y mira que yo llame para hacer cambios jajajajja la pobre esa chiquita me imagino que tenia que respirar para no darme una mala contesta jajjaja todo fue perfecto gracias grethel eres lo mejor

Los quiero mucho. que pena/kc revisando los comentarios veo con mucha alegria que los clientes de Imperial Party rental en su gran mayoria estan mas que agradesidos por el servicio que ustedes les han brindado,a los que yo me uno,por eso no me queda opcion que responderle a la persona que desafortunadamente tubo mal experiencia con este servicio que fue ella quien tubo un mal dia,en el que tal vez su frustracion personal no la dejo ver todo lo bueno que estaba pasando a su alrrededor a veses la mala vibracion de los anfitriones no permite que la energia positiva fluya a pesar que ustedes aportan mucha,no permitan que comentarios como estos los pertuben y continuen tan bonito servicio,para agosto los volvere a llamar ya es la fiesta # 8,

HIGHLY RECOMENDED. highly recomendend I had a large family party at my house recently. I went to imperial party rentals because of their selection and price. I was very pleased with the service that I received. Every staff person was knowledgeable and pleasant. gerardo and grethel over there are a great management team. grethel helped me with my linens and they were beautiful. Delivery drivers had great customer service and explained how to use the equipment. Overall they are the BEST at what they do. My read on the negative review is it probably was a disgruntled former employee. I had nothing but good experience with them. Highly recommend

WORST COMPANY TO EXHIST!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!. stay away from this company, i spent over $1000 for them to decorate my party and on a bounce house ponys and a clown, my decorator was and hour late after my party started, i couldnt put up my own decorations because of it that i spent an extra $600 on and the ponys werent allowed in the park! when i asked for compensation the next day for them being super late, ruining my sons bday and inconveniencing my guests and the kids that were there and had to watch my party get decorated instead of have a good time, the owner was rude with me, argued that his company doesnt have to compensate me for nothing and proceeded to threaten my life and say he was going to kill me slice my sons throat and murder my whole family. and the bounce house was extremely old and dirty, the decorations were done half assed and the table cloths didnt even fit the tables, the clown was rude to my grandmother, my own son, and a few of my guests, and i regret the day i ever even dialed this places number! dont make the same mistake i did!!! ! THIS PLACE SHOULDNT BE ALLOWED TO SERVE PEOPLE!! ITS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE IVE EVER ENURED IN MY ENTIRE LIFE!!

Sin duda imperial es una compania seria y profecional. En anos que llevo rentando en otras companias, puedo decir sin temor a equibocarme imperial party a sido la unica que no a cometido ningun error, los manteles limpios y sin huecos, la carpa es BLANCA no gris como otras companias, y las sillas chiavari parecen nuevas, solo quiero compartir mi experiencia con esta compania como lo he echo con las otras que he usado, que ha decir verdad ninguna a logrado ni la segunda estrella.

Strongly recommend. I wanted to let you know what a beautiful shower we had for my daughter on

Sunday. The tables, chairs, and table covers we rented from you were

beautiful. We used the white chiavari chairs, round tables and white and

purple tablecloths. Every chair looked brand new! and the tablecloths were

perfect. Thank you for helping me make everything so nice! And I wanted to

let you know that the delivery men were great, also. Everything was

carefully placed for us, and picked up off the patio while I was working. I

had really checked around for the best price - which you had - and got the

best product as well! Thank you for everything, Kathleen Fanjul,
