Great time. YES the decor is fantastic,

YES the food is amazing,

YES it is a bit expensive,

and YES you do a bit of waiting.

I didn't mind it gave me plenty of opportunity to have wonderful conversations with my family as we sat and enjoyed the decor and appetizers and drinks. The staff is friendly, I think they will get better with time as well. Great place

Only if you have 3 hours for dinner. I went there since a friend lives in the Jade building. The place looks really nice, but the service and the food are not consistent with the decor. We had to wait just to se seated, 5 minutes. Then, another 10 minutes for the menu and 10 minutes for a glass of wine and a soda. The food is another story: We ordered ceviche to start, which not only came 20 minutes after we ordered it but is also overpriced. Main courses (fish for me and pasta for my friend) took one hour. At that point, we didn't want it but we ate a little (not bad) and paid our bill. The owner, who doesn't speak a word in English, tried to apologize explaining that this is not a fast food restaurant. I agree with him: It's not a fast food restaurant, it's a very slow food restaurant. Won't last more than 6 more months.

Not worth the time. The place looks really nice, actually.. it looks that they've invested a lot of money in decorating it, but they didn't put a single dollar in the kitchen staff and service quality. I went there the first time for a drink and it was empty at 8 PM, but OK. Second time: Dinner. What a mistake! After waiting 10 minutes for the server to show up, we ordered ceviche starters. We had to wait another 10 minutes to get our drinks plus 15 extra minutes to get the ceviche. The server excused the "Chef?" saying that this is not fast food style and it takes time...mmm, The main courses took 30 minutes to be served (we had some pasta and fish) and the whole order was a mess. I don't understand why people without knowledge of how a restaurant has to treat its customers waste time and money instead of hiring the right people. Again, it's a nice place but it will close its doors soon, and it's sad.

Highly recommended!. I went for the Ceviche on Thursday and had one of the best lunches ever! The ceviche was probably the best I ever had. Even a nonceviche eater loved it. Fabulous!! The service was EXCELLENT! And the owner Ivan was a gentle person that talked with us and introduced us to Elger Aragundi.

I highly recommend this restaurant. I love the food, the ambiance, everything!

Excellent food!!!. I highly recommend this restaurant. I love the food, the first time I visited Mediterraneo I ordered "Pargo a la sal" and the second time "Fettuccini a la Routa". Both were excellent. Prices are great for the quality of the food.

Don't even think about it...stay away. Beautiful place until you order the food. Talk about expensive $58.00 for a 2 pound snapper.... come on... this is not the Ritz. Worst of all is the salads & ceviches. I ordered the Mediterraneo salad and it did not match with the ingredients on the menu...no pepperocini's, no cuccumber and the vinaigrette tasted like old vinegar. As for the Ceviches, I ordered a trio and got the worst ceviche in my life, no flavor, onions was old, fish was over cured, and worst of all it was at room temperature...eeek. So if you want to get food poisoning come on by. I did spent some time visiting the bathroom 5 hours later. As Miami's own famous singer KC & the Sunshine Band would say..."Please don't go

Mediterraneo Brickell New Oasis. I love everything about this Restaurant!!!

The food is delicious, and they have a full bar of drinks to choose from, I personally recommend their Mojitos!

As soon as you step in the restautant you will feel the atmosphere full of energy and happy people. The blue lights relaxes you even when you had a bad day at work...

Try it out... its new... and I strongly recommend it!! ;)
