Citysearch Editorial Review.
Giving throwback barbershops a high-tech do, this family-owned snip shop in midtown offers haircuts, shaves and blowouts for men and children. Guests sink into leather barber chairs that each face a flat screen television monitor. ESPN recaps of the latest sporting world news provide the entertainment as well as the occasionally amusing banter of neighboring stylists. Midtown's arrival of Sport Clips in 2007 a couple of blocks away raised the stakes for the multimedia eye candy that patrons expect when they go in for a haircut, and this indie joint plays along.
