Doors turned out better than I even imagined. The threshold they built made it look like a new home installation. I would definitely recommend Nas Doors again.

Installer was great as was the person I ordered the door from. I had to do a couple of followups on my own, but customer service responded quickly with good results when they became involved.

I THINK THE SAME WAY THAT XIMENA THIS COMPANY IS THE WORST IN TERMS OF QUAILITY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE .

I HAD MY DOOR INSTALLED LAST MAY AND CAME WITH MANY DEFECT .

AND THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY SERGIO MATTIS KEEP PROMISING ME THAT HE WILL SEND SOMEONE TO FIX THE DOOR I BEEN REPORTING HIM TO BBB , AND OTHER AVOCATE AND THE DEPARTMEMT PF AGRICULTURE&CONSUMER SERVICES HOPING THEY WILL HELP ME BEFORE I TAKE HIM TO COURT.

This company is the worst in terms of quality, customer satisfaction and service. After a long delay receiving my doors I was finally glad they were installed. A few days later we realized the quality was horrible (they were peeling, handles broken or did not work properly, scratches, and they deteriorated even more with the sun). Both Enrique and the owner Sergio promised us they would replace the doors since February 2012. It is now September 2012 and I still have not heard from them regarding the doors they said the that were in transit from China. I had to pay a door painter to come and try to fix the doors that I currently have until the new ones supposedly arrive. I call, text and email them and no one responds. THEIR LICENSE SHOULD BE REMOVED! If I had read people's reviews before ordering these doors and paying for them I would have never bought them!
