With its claim to fame being its collection of more than 100 varieties of blue agave liquor, it's no surprise to find a bright backlit bar with its army of tequila bottles on display at this rowdy taqueria. Between swigs, diners settle into wooden tables where the choices continue. There are a half-dozen guacamoles including the Elvis (with plantain chips and bacon bits) served in festive bowls. Tilapia tacos, chorizo quesadillas and chicken enchiladas are some of the Mexican specialties on the menu. The South Beach location and tequila calling card provide a lively scene at night, though lunchtime is tame in comparison.
