fun for everyone. What a great spot to meet with friends after work. Tasty food, lots of beer choices. Not very fancy, but very nice ambiance.A fair amount of tables, some with umbrellas, some ringing the cute pool in the middle, some with roof overhang, some exposed to the sun. Also, lots of seats at the far end. Just have a blast and enjoy the cool vibe. Street parking in front of Hotel & across the street. Nice little treasure in North Beach.…
Citysearch Editorial Review. The glowing "Lou's Beer Garden" signage may give off a dive bar whiff, but the scene on the other side of the beacon is closer to a Beverly Hills 90210 courtyard. Jutting out to The New Hotel's tony pool area, a half-dozen stools surround the small bar counter, with plenty of seating on patio tables closer to the pool. The beer list leans on indie domestic brewers including Dead Guy Ale, Land Shark Lager and Left Hand Brewery. Wine and mixed cocktails are also there for hops hoppers. Reasonable barflies are welcome in the pool.…
