Eclectic is an understatement at this theater district eatery that dishes out unusual items including gator spring rolls, shrimp-based corn dogs, lamb sliders and bison burgers. Less daring palates can feast on short ribs, paella or braised rabbit. The decor is equally gamey, with a rotation of local artist displays keeping the surroundings in a constant state of change. Bohemians need to drink, of course, so the dining room is offset by a pair of bars, serving more than two dozen craft beers along with the usual cast of libations.
