Citysearch Editorial Review.
South Beach impresario Barton G. serves artistically plated eats to on-site Arsht Center theater goers. Pre-show portions are smaller than at his original namesake tourist haunt in Miami Beach. Diners pay for their choice of any three courses, including duck confit, short ribs en croute and a custard quintet served on a wiry candelabra. Two entrees and a dessert? Three starters? No problem. An a la carte menu is offered during and after the performance. The stylish dining room features mahogany tables, illuminated flower arrangements and flat-screen monitors showing graceful jellyfish in motion. It's edible artwork--and a show.
