never have any trouble with this best buy store, probably the best I've visited in south Florida. the people there are nice and I always found what I needed there.

Never had any issues at a Best Buy. Always found what I needed but sadly this location is horrible at stocking products and customer service. How do you not stock a wall charger for a 2nd gen iPad?

Horrendos customer service. customer service was very poor. my daughter and I walked in, no one greeted us. We were there to purchase a video camera. After a few minutes of looking around we looked for a salesperson to help us. two or three of them walked past us…
