24 Moving- Cheap Local Movers

Suspicious. I was asked for a credit card number over the phone after receiving a low ball estimate. Since when does a reputable mover need a credit card deposit a week prior to providing the service? Why do all the 5 star reviews sound like they were written by the same person?…

Don't use these people. This company low balled my estimate, then charged me double the amount. Never gave me a contract, date of delivery, receipt, charged my credit card before it was delivered, only gave me 24 hours notice, so that I couldn't be present when the stuff was delivered, contracted out with a third party who demanded cash, then threatened to charge overtime when the company couldn't get a credit card authorization to me. I am SOOOOOO frustrated, I hope this company goes out of business! Oh, and charged 400 for some extra bubble wrap and tape, when I had my own available!…
