The iconic South Miami Italian chain opened its first outpost in Homestead.during the fall of 2009. With seating for 185 patrons, the sports-friendly dining room is considerably larger than the original, with lightweight tables surrounded by the takeout counter, exhibition kitchen and sports memorabilia. Fueled by its official sponsorship of the University of Miami, live sporting events are routinely broadcast through a pair of huge high-def televisions.
