SoBe's W turns up the poolside heat.. It's more than just rumrunners and burgers at the tony poolside lounge of Starwood's lush W resort. Whether guests are tanning on foam-padded wooden lounge chairs or relaxing under the shelter of swaying palm trees or lattice-topped cabanas, mojito sips and tuna tartar forkfuls are the norm. New age and smooth retro rock play in the background, but there's a reason why this watery oasis is open until midnight daily. The volume begins to take it up a notch and the sun's lighting yields to romantic lighting as the night takes over.
