stepped up a notch!. Bar Rosso is this little hidden gem of a restaurant behind Publix in Aventura. We went on a Thursday and there was live music, which was amazing. The bartender was really friendly and the staff was super nice. Our server was charming. The food itself was delish. We had the eggplant (big enough for two to share and it was a small plate), We tried the veal tortellini special in a light creamy garlic sauce (hello yummy-ness) and the wood grilled octopus was so tender it cut with a fork. Those who eat octopus know it's either great or awful so kudos to the chef. The strip steak was cooked perfectly and sat atop veggies. The overall meal was just lovely and we'd go back again - now that we know where it is!…
