Stay Away!!!.
DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. I am a Miami native and ive been to most of the clubs. Had the chance to get to go to this place on a Saturday night. This is one of those typical clubs that makes you wait at the front of the club, in this case curside of US-1 main road, like a bunch of cattle. The place was clearly empty as the outside terrace had twenty people max. As i approach the onside, it wasnt bad looking which was the only plus. I approach the bar to get a drink, i ask the bartender how much for cocktail (long island), he says $13. i was like not cheap, but ok. The bartender fills a small plastic cup with ice to the rim, i was already like Oh No, then proceeds to make a long island from iiquor of just one bottle. I am almost positive there was not vodka, tequila, rum, and gin in there. and if there was it was all junk quality booze. anyways, i hand the bartender a $20 bill, he hands me back $3 change. i said, hello, you said $13. He hands me the reciept which read..
Drink $13
Tax $1.60 (Ive never had this charged separate before)
TIP $2.60 (the sunofa***** force charge this)
Total: 16.and change
The ASS**** bartender who happened to be a manager, just decided it was ok to keep the change making the drink $17 dollars.
I told him that i did not want to tip so much and he refused to refund me the difference. I drank the drink and left this DUMP ASS PLACE. By the way, the drink was weak on top of it.
I also asked for bottle service at the door, bottle is $240, and they make you buy a bottle every four people. We were 5 so, they have the nerve at the door to tell us we needed to buy 2 bottles at over $500 costs. What a NERVE of a PLACE
DO NOT GO HERE, avoid at all cost.
Summary,
1. Unnecessary wait at the entrance
2. Rude and arrogant bouncers
3. Overpriced Entrance
4. Overpriced drinks
a. Almost 20 bucks for one cocktail
b. They add tip for each cocktail at almost $3
c. They short change you for even more cost
d. Robbery of bottle service
e. Force you to buy a bottle every forth person
Be careful.. Be careful with that place, the waiters are thieves and liars, especially the VIP and the worst is that they are protected by the failure of the manager of the place. There are better places in Miami to go. Not recommend it. Very bad experience that I had the night of 11/27/2010.
High-tech lounge lights up downtown with slick decor.. It's hard to be a master of all trades but there's no harm in trying. This state-of-the-art venue houses a laid-back lounge with cozy velvet booths, a modern dining room, and an up-tempo nightclub, complete with its own dance floor. And talk about tricked out-touches: LED glass bars change colors, an interactive wall that ripples as guests walk by and an iBar counter where the bar-top is a multi-touch projection system where barflies can pull up digital menus, doodle or pay their tabs. Local celebrity chef Gerdy Rodriguez's menu of tapas includes lamb skewers, goat cheese crostinis and ceviche.
