Every night is the weekend at this bistro, where families enjoy American kitsch and cuisine alongside partying singles.. In Short
The much-copied look of hardwood floors, decorative stained glass, checked tablecloths, brass rails and walls filled with knickknacks has been a staple at this restaurant franchise. Originally a hit for its frisky bar scene, Friday's is now known just as much for its kid-friendly entrees. The menu alternates between typical American fare (salads, potato skins, Angus burgers and grilled chicken) and modestly international cuisine like fajitas, wraps and pot stickers.

Regular ol' TGIF. My local TGIF, which is in the University of Miami area. Great bar but a bit pricey, just like everything else on the menu. Overall quality is good and well worth the money. Service is usually quick, but tends to get hectic on weekends. If your not in the mood to wait, call ahead (305) 668-7808 and ask to have your name put on the list. Reservations aren't made but your best bet is to call about 15-20 minutes ahead of dining.
