I was in the process of purchasing a preowned car, and Lily has been very responsive. I am out of state in NY, and she is sending me pictures, being my eyes and ears for the vehicle purchase. She is very responsive and very friendly to work with.

The pictures at first did not arrive, but she is following up to be certain that I received them.

Henry has followed up with me as well and is genuinely interested in providing a good buying experience.

I have experienced being overlooked by salesmen when it comes to purchasing a new automobile. Doral cars set a new standard. He very graciously met me on the lot and discussed the various attributes of the cars and never once talked down to me.

He became aware of how I would be using my vehicle and suggested one that would fit my needs, . There were some financial timing issues that needed to be taken care of and he patiently kept me informed of any used cars that came on the lot. Once I was ready to make the purchase he located the perfect car, met me at a convenient time, and worked the paper work mountain. Thank you Henry, you are the best! I would highly recommend you personally and your company and will make Doral cars my first stop for the next car. By the way, I LOVE THIS CAR!!

BUYER BEWARE !!! DORAL CARS OUTLET “HENRY” the owner and lead sales guy will lie to you and sell you a lemon without flinching. We test drove a vehicle that Henry said he took as a trade in from a family he has known and assured us that it was well taken care of and maintained properly. We noticed the speedometer not working and brought it to his attention and again we were assured it was well maintained and the miles were only a few more than the indicator showed. So we trusted Henry , what a mistake!!! After first week the check engine light came on and stayed on. They said it was nothing and sent Mom on her way.Six months later the car lost power , towed to mechanic and now it was serious. Mechanic said the motor had parts floating around inside motor and a complete motor would be needed at $3000!!! He added that the motor was NOT maintained and was in terrible condition!Mind you we put $3000 down on the car and owed another $3000 over 18 months. By this time we were in $4800 after the 6 or 7 monthly payments. We asked Henry what he could do and he offered the following:Take back the care and give a $600 credit which means we lose $4200 for a 6 month “rental”(that's $700 per month for a 2001 used car).Henry then offered another car that is $6500 at the same monthly payment as Mom was paying ($260) for 36 months! Wait, the math then shows the $6500 car to end up costing $9360!!! So, we lost $4800 on the first LEMON, then Henry offers us another car worth $6500 for $9360 saying he had to charge 27% financing charge!!! WTF??? You sold us a crap car that you assured us was in great condition mechanically and now you want to charge 27% on another purchase…! So, 2 USED Cars with unkown high mileage for $14000 +!!! NO, I DONT THINK SO HENRY!!! YOUR A FRAUD!!! ---------------LIES ---LIES ---LIES ---LIES ---SELLS LEMONS --- SELLS LEMONS--------------

great dealer. i purchased my vehicle here about 2 years ago. it was a very family like atmosphere and was treated as if i was someone from there family i took my own mechanic and checked out the inventory. i purchased my vehicle cash and till now i have had zero complaints. so overall i was very much satisfied with doral cars outlet

doral cars oulet great. Bought my car from them. They were not only very friendly, they were very helpful to me in finding the right car. They worked with our budget to make the payments. We are newlyweds and right now have limited budget. Highly recommend this dealership. They even followed up with me weeks after the transaction. :)

Best Dealer Doral Cars Oulet. I went to many dealers in Dade and Broward County looking for a dealership I can trust. I was very scared that I would be taken advantage of. From the moment I walked in I had a good feeling but I was not going to let that make up my mind. The sales rep I spoke to was very understanding and professional, I got a great deal on my Mazda. it was by far much less than all the other dealers. I was so scared of dealer before I went to Doral Cars Outlet. I know that I will purchase all of my cars from them and will recomend them to all my friends and family! Thank you to the staff at Doral Cars for making my first time buy a great experience!!!
