DO NOT MAKE BUSINESS WITH THIS
DEALERSHIP!
I was interested in a car so Mr. Kenny probably the manager at Doral Lincoln, called me making me an offer and as soon as I got in the dealership one of the sales person told me that they could not honor the price.
Don't spend your time!!!
DORAL LINCOLN MERCURY IS NOT AN HONEST DEALERSHIP!!!
Check all reviews before doing business with them!!!!
I contacted the dealership to confirm the audi with 14k miles on the odometer did not have any blemishes, excess wear & tear or missing/broken parts prior to wiring them $22k. when the car arrived from the transport company referred to us by Doral Lincoln, the driver handed me a condition form initialed by Doral Lincoln that stated a cracked windshield, missing key fob, damaged wheels and numerous scratches. The tire treads were nearly worn out (we took the car to the local audi dealer and a separate regional tire chain who each said the tire wear looked more like double the miles than shown on the odometer). I assumed it was a case of mismanagement, and reached out to the owner of Doral Lincoln. However, he never responded to my multiple emails and voice mails, and the general manager denied the condition they initialed on the transport form.
Thank you for taking well care of me during my visit in your dealership! I am happy with my deal and payment method. Thanks a lot.
I love my used 2007 Lincoln MKX, I used to drive a Mercedes C240 and was not sure if I wanted to switch to an SUV, but it was a great decision. The first time I went I just took a look around to see if I saw anything I liked, the sales man was not pushy at all. When I returned I was ready to buy and it was a painless process, I was in an out in an hour with my new car. I've had my car for a few months now and it has not given me any problems, I am very happy with my purchase and will definitely go back for my next car.
thank you for your great help in selecting what car I was going to take and giving me advise in which one I would be able to afford. The whole staff was wonderful.
I visited a lot of different dealers in the area and they were, by far, the most helpful. The salesmen were very knowledgeable and took time to listen to what I wanted/needed. At no point did I feel like I was being rushed, or pushed into making a purchase I was not comfortable making-- unlike some other dealers in the area. They have even done a great job keeping in touch with me after the purchase to make sure my car meets my expectations. Overall, great experience. No complaints!
good service. Doral Lincoln is the best dealership I have ever worked with. They were able to get me into the perfect SUV and they even were able to keep it within my very strict budget. I know me and my family will be safe in this car!
Great Service by Mariana. Recently bought 2 cars this past year, I have not had any problems. Mariana our sales woman each time was excellent.
great job. Doral Center Animal Clinic is the only place that I trust with my three dogs. They always are well taken care of here and I know that the vets always have their best interest in mind!
Incompetent salesmen - Albert & mgr, Mario Gadea. Compliant is with the incompetent salespeople, in particular Albert & his sales manager Mario Gadea. I was shoping for a specific color vehicle that was not available in my area (I am 4 hours away). The vehicle was showing available at Doral, so I applied for a loan for this specific vehicle ONLY. Immediately on Friday night Albert calls me eagerly to sell me that vehicle and advised my financing was approved. Again, on Saturday he calls me back to discuss the pickup or delivery of this vehicle (due to the distance). Then he ignores me all day long. Later in that evening, the car is no longer listed on the website & I thought that is because I have purchased same. However, when he has failed to call me back to discuss the delivery of the vehicle I had called multiple times that day and everytime he hangs up on me (call rings a few times and he throws me into a nonset up VoiceMail or he just picks up and hangs up on me). Finally, I reach a saleslady who advised the car sold that afternoon. As he still will not call me back or answer my phone I reach another salesrep who is helpful and advised that Albert made a mistake – you say!!! – and the car was sold on Friday. So Albert had been trying to sell me a car that he failed to research had sold the day before to someone else. (he had 3 separate opportunities to find this out & even was so incompetent he was trying to arrange the delivery of a vehicle sold to someone else to me). Now I have a hit on my credit report and wasted a day of my life, when I could have been searching at another dealership. It is one thing to make a mistake but then to continuously keep hanging his phone up on me (my area code is out of state so I have an obvious phone #). Also the sales manager Mario Gadea could not be professional and apologize for his actions. Funny, how he called me 4 times in a row on Friday night to sell me the vehicle, but once he made a mistake, he ignores me (this is what gives car salesmen a BAD name) Obviously, he needs some training in re: to verbal contracts as the dealership is liable for his actions/behavior & I will be filing the appropriate complaints on this dealership and 2 employees.
