I love this store. I've been a customer of Tory Burch for years. I'm from Canada and I not only shop for myself, but buy stuff for all my Canadian friends and family to bring back to Canada. I've had Maya help me plenty of times and reading the comment below upset me. She along with everone in the store is extremely nice, friendly and helpful. I would recommend this store to everyone.
Great Customer service!!!. I have been shopping at the Tory Burch Store in Bal Harbour ,for the last 2 /2 years , last month, and I found the staff to be one of the friendliest in the whole mall. Although the store gets very busy at time the staff always manages to keep a very welcoming , and relaxed atmosphere. I have interacted with everyone from the team, and I have NEVER encountered any problems with any of them- very courteous, warm, and professional!
A great experience and outstanding customer service..
I had the best customer service and the store looks beautiful.
I enjoy shopping in this store and will always do.You there below bought anything because you can't afford it. And on top of that you are racist. I pay cash and I'm so glad I'm a doctor and can afford everything...Remember the golden rule...treat others like you want to be treated. Be friendly, curtious and stop acting like your entitled. I have never had a bad experience in any store at Bal Harbor...probably because I dress like I'm wealthy, act friendly and ask politely for assistance and I always get it...and when I pull out rolls of $100 billls...they can tell I'm serious..shame on
those of you who write poor reviews that are baseless.
I love Tory Burch and the whole shopping experience there....The people who work here are not your slaves, they are there to help assist you...so act like a lady/gentlemen and maybe you'll get great service like I do.
Or else go to your local Walmart...your in the wrong place.
Worst experience of my life.
Living in NYC we come to Miami almost every month and visit Bal Harbor Shops every single time (We love to shop for all brand names under one roof). In our 5+ years of coming here we had the most pleasant and enjoyable experience until this time. We walked in to Tory Burch because I need it a pair of shoes to wear that night to LIV. I picked up a pair and asked a sales associate Maya (Who did not look that she belongs in Tory Burch to begin with) for my size, she glanced at me and asked very Rudely and I quote “Are you going to buy or just looking “? At first I could not understand what she meant by that because of her bad English and my husband had to explain/translate it to me (in NYC he has a lot of Russian people working for him, so I guess he understands the accent). I was totally shocked, could not say anything and just froze. In all my adult life NO ONE and I repeat NO ONE spoke to me like that and especially when we had shopping bags from Channel, Prada, Loro Piana and Neiman Marcus. I could only hear bits and pieces after that, like my husband tried to tell Maya aka Rude Russian to learn how to treat customers and asking her for a corporate phone number. I could hear Maya the B… telling him that it is completely none of his business and it is to our advantage if we leave right now. I was totally speechless, did not want to cause a scene in a mall where we became friends with a lot of beautiful and nice people over the years and we just left.
Dear Maya, I found the corporate number myself and I promise you that I will not rest until you will lose your job and never will be able to work in Bal Harbor Shops again. With your big, dirty mouth and fake ugly nose your future is dollar stores or flea markets, but not high end designer stores.
