Probably my favorite workout ...ever at this point. It is a great stress reliever, endurance builder and body reshaper. If you commit to 3 classes a week, you will see a transformation in your body and in all aspects of your life :). I can guarantee it!!

I take Trevor's class in the mornings....I amaze myself anytime I finish class without stopping. You will not be bored and you can certainly push yourself even after 4 months working out there. I still have so much to learn and feel AMAZING after every class.

I have enjoyed my experience with Perfect Balance. The trainers are awesome, making sure we are performing the exercises correctly for a better workout. I started off with a friend as a groupon customer and now we are both members. When the class is full it feels a bit crowded however, I still get a good workout done with great music and motivational coaching. Perfect Balance is definitely better than other kickboxing Doral facilities I have been to.

I started attending Kickboxing classes at Perfect Balance several months ago. I have been trying to get back in shape for a couple of years now, and Perfect Balance has been the PERFECT place to finally make that happen. I signed up via Groupon, and it has been one of the best investments in my health and fitness that I have ever made. The classes are fun, challenging, and versatile enough to keep you engaged. The instructors are personable and provide a great deal of individualized attention, which I really appreciate. They take into account physical limitations (i.e. I have a bad wrist), and they are able to modify the workouts according to your needs. I cannot recommend this kickboxing gym highly enough- try it out, you won't regret it!

So glad I bought the Perfect Balance Groupon! The kickboxing classes are a great workout and the instructors are wonderful. I recently moved to Miami and got out of my workout routine so I was nervous jumping into kickboxing having never tried it before and feeling out of shape. All levels are welcome in the class and the instructors really push everyone to their personal max. Every class I've tried has been a little different so you never get bored. I signed up to keep taking the classes, they're definitely worth it. So glad I found Perfect Balance...you should go check it out! I agree with Irene...kick-ass classes!!

Before I started Martial Arts - I was disrespectful, shy, had no discipline and irresponsible. I would always talk in class and talk back to the instructors but one day Mr. Andre took me aside, inspired and motivated me to be the best i can be. His words touched me so much that today I am a proud Black Belt at Perfect Balance. I loooove all the instructors and they are like family to me!

A great developmental program. My daughter is overcoming her shyness by being empowered each class. Not only is she smiling and eager to go to class every time but she LOVES her instructors. She is making changes each day and her confidence has grown. Honestly one of the best programs I have researched due to the coaching and personal contact!

Great schoo! I have seen the possitive impact on my son's discipline, focus, and responsibility. The teachers are not only instructors, but also mentors. Highly recommend this school.

Just want your money. Incredibly overpriced classes that are so crowded your child does not get any proper attention. They talk you into signing a year contract even though you explain to them you don't agree with that... If then, after a month you realize this is not what you expected, they have no honor to return your money back. Instead they keep charging you automatically even though you are not attending classes.

LOVE IT!. It teaches your kids discipline! My kid has changed so much! It works like a charm. Not only does it teach discipline and confidence, it teaches good martial arts!

not a true martial arts school. terrible martial arts academy, not a true martial arts school, they do not teach you martial arts what they teach you is bogous stuff that doesnt work. the owner isnt a real martial artist does not kno what hes talking about. way to overpriced and bogus stuff. The owner is a cocky self centerd man who kisses your butt to take your money. it wont teach your kids to defend themselves its mostly a day care, so if you just wanna drop your kids off somewhere then this is your place although its expensive. if you want your kid to learn better martial arts and defend themselves not the place to come. i suggest you look at an ATA school before here, and even thats bad. They dont care about your students they just care about your money.
