BUYER BEWARE!. I have been a Realtor for several years and have never experienced a more incompetent law firm to do title work. My buyer purchased a condo in the Icon Brickell through the developer. He scheduled to close early but his attorney had found something in the Condo docs that raised a red flag in regards to Indians and emminent domain. In the meanwhile, Kim and Lowman on the scheduled closing day had NEVER even produced a copy of the Title Policy!!....absurd! When the developer granted an extension they demanded late charges when my buyer was already closing 15 days earlier than the contract closing date. In my opinion, if you are working with a seller, developer or anyone who uses this law practice...RUN and use your option to chose your own title agent. We have had nothing but problems since closing at Icon Brickell, my opinion is the place is like a prison. Owners can take their guests to the pool but the spa and gym cost them 25 dollars!!! Imagine spending over 600K on a unit and bringing your Father to the gym and getting charged 25 dollars. Know what you are getting into when buying into this building. The only positive note is that Michelle at Kim and Lowman was friendly. But in my opinion, Marci has the personality of Lilith from Fraisier.
