DON'T DO IT! unfortunetly I did do alot of research and the company seemed great, but when it came to it I was still bit in the behind. I have being waiting 9 weeks for Oceanic Pools to start my construction and still nothing. I was lied to various times and still till this date have no pool. In order to get any information I had to initiate the contact and ask, because if it was for the company I would never find out anything. I started doing research about my permit on my own, and realized that nothing was submitted, this was 1 month after I signed the contract and gave the initial payment. When I called the company apparently my paperwork was misplaced, instead of someone calling me and letting me know, they waited till I called to actually find the paperwork and submit it to the city. Then I was promised that by March 8th they would start digging, still March 20th and zippo.....what a surprise. Everyday there is a different excuse and everyday its another lie......if you wish to deal with this, then beyond me go for it....but my suggestion is DON'T!!!!

If you are looking for a pool company, please do yourself a favor and skip this one and keep on looking. I'm glad to see or should I say, sorry to see, that I am not the only customer who's pool took way too long to build with long periods of inactivity. They took forever to return my calls as well and I was repeatedly told they were out of town. Believe me, they are not what they look like! They look so professional and talk a big game but when it comes to walking the walk, they fail miserably. I have been left with issues that are now starting to show themselves and that I will now have to resolve on my own. If I could do it all over again, believe me, I would go else where. I should have asked my neighbors and done some research instead of relying heavily on advertising. My mistake! And for the record, I am not a competitor, just one very unhappy customer who paid A LOT of money for a job that was shoddy.

Oceanic Pool Design & Construction, Inc.. For everyone who reads this comment coming from JRZ99. Please be advised that this is a false and fraudulent review. This user has stated this same information to another pool company in the Miami area. It is nearly impossible that one is able to construct two pools by two different companies in the same location at the same time. It is very clear that this is a competitor who trying to damage our name and affect our reputation. Please do not allow his/her false judgment effect your decision in using our company. Oceanic Pool - Worst Company Beware. Horrible Company One of the worst companies I have ever had to pay. Took them over 6 months to build my pool. Would never return calls. There were extended periods of inactivity. Stay away.
