True to its name, this Key Biscayne institution provides a shady shelter to its patrons under a massive thatch tiki hut. The open-air views are spectacular, as blue bay water is the only body separating guests from the postcard-perfect Miami skyline. Beer is the drink of choice, with 15 bottled varieties available. Wine lovers can sip on a limited selection of merlot, zinfandel, pinot grigio, or sauvignon blanc. Plenty of food is available between drinks, leaning mostly on seafarer choices such as conch fritters, shrimp skewers, and ceviche, plus bar standards like burgers and wings.
