Probably one of the best clubbing experiences!. We went here last Saturday night. If you can get past the intense door you will thoroughly enjoy everything this club has to offer. The crowd is absolutely amazing and the scene is something that you probably will rarely experience. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Miami and is ok with purchasing bottles or is hot enough to get in without.
Forget it !. I am going to vent, rant and give thumbs down to LIV. Okay, so I get the entire creating hype, marketing, and desire approach that comes with a new club opening, but LIV management needs to understand "long term" bread and butter customers are not Heidi Klum, and P Diddy, it's your Miami resident population. Show some catership. Entrance to the club is unorganzied and chaotic. It should not be compared to any club in Vegas, because most clubs in Vegas get it right. We were on the VIP list (like everyone else) and the door boneheads would not communicate. If your going to say that 'we weren't your customer demographic customer' then you turned away a BOSS model from Munich and folks who would have spent the bottle charges. I really don't get it. Michael Capponi needs to get personally invovled in the front door inner workings of this club. I had a tour of the building a few months back and found the club to be over the top, so I was looking foward to it. You will never get these three Miamians back. Just remember the bank note that needs to be repaid. Good luck to anyone who wants to visit LIV. Get there early and don't be dissappointed when the $35k per year doormen wankers ignore you.
30,000 square feet can go a long way at the refashioned Fontainebleu beachfront hotel's signature nightclub..
In Short
The fall 2008 makeover of the landmark Fontainebleu hotel wouldn't be complete if the Vegas-inspired push didn't showcase a drop dead glamorous nightclub. This is it. With a massive 30,000 square feet at its disposal, this waterfront party spot can get away with a lavish main floor showcasing everything from live rock acts to DJs spinning the latest house and electronica. With three full-service bars scattered about, thirsty clubbers can get a SoBe feel without having to make the three-mile trek down the coast.
