Two-cents from A-town

I think Shuichi Take is one of the nicest people I've ever met in Miami, and I'm from Atlanta. I know what real hospitality is.
He's so down to earth and friendly. He was very hospitable to me during one of my visits. He introduced me to his dog, which is equally as sweet, and he even offered his studio for my brother's dancers' training for the Deborah Cox event.
I also think his gym utlilized the space well and is accurately furnished. I think Miamians put too much emphasis on asethetics (and immobile polyfiber breasts) as opposed to what's really important, which is getting right and eating right. It's a gym, not a spa.
If you can't workout without a butt-licking and a Japanese steam, then you should save your gym fees for lipo and implants. Shouldn't be a problem since 97% of Miami is silicon and resilin anyway ...... OWNED!

This place is a JOKE!!!!!!!!
by udoit at Citysearch
The owner is a cocky guy. He charges people $90 to sign up and then charges 60.00 a month for a gym that is run down and nothing works. He doesn't pay his trainers and they leave after a month so when you sign up to train with someone expect for them not to be there for long. There are many other gyms in miami that are nice and a better atmosphere.
- Pros: Example: best croissants in town
- Cons: This gym is overpriced and over rated
pathetic excuse for a gym
by lish420 at Citysearch
this is the most sorry excuse for a gym i have ever seen! it has the cheapest equipment, hands down...i definitly think they just bought used crappy equipment because its only been open a month or so and already 3 machines sit broken (been like that for 3 weeks, still not fixed). also i've used a number of different spin bikes, and i've never before seen a bike model this cheap looking. every bike either wobbles or squeaks and the foot pedals dont even have straps -- talk about dangerous! i think the guy who opened it has no idea what he is doing and decided to open a gym with zero resources to support it. i could bet my life on the fact that those "rve reviews" listed below are from the people who opened it. b/c no one else in their right mind would think this is anything other than a dump.
