Awesome. Love love love. What a great class and workout!!! I was able to shed a couple of pounds as well go home and feel sexy, what a combination.

Cynthia a great instructor, and the salon is sooo adorable. I highly recommend this class!!!

What a time. OMG! Myself and 8 of my friends had a pole party for my bday. I really enjoyed it so much. Cynthia is great at what she does (can be a little serious) but still great. I feel like we made use of all of our time while in the studio...I even learned a few really cute tricks!! I found Cynthia by looking on sites and reading reviews like this. Take my word, she is great

AMAZING!!. I hired Cynthia to do a bachelorette party at my house and she was great! She is a wonderful dancer and teacher. She made all the girls feel comfortable, confident and sexy! Everyone had a great time.
