What do you with a 2,000-square foot rectangle? A good way to start is lining the long walls with plush leather couches and small cocktails tables, to yield as much room as possible to the narrow walkway. Make sure everything is the darkest ebony shade, to live up to its "black space" Italian moniker. Even the textured wallpaper and mirrors are drawn into the theme, both tinted an inky black. Music? Of course. The raised DJ platform watches over the posh lounge, spinning house electronica as the automated lighting system splash the artsy blackness with pulsating color.
