I'm Elaine's client for many years and last week,after set an appointment and drive18 miles from home just to see her but I was informed -only when I've arrived at the salon- that she was on vacations and NOBODY KNOWS when she'll return to work!!! The salon attendant tried find excuses and push me to another person but I was so upset that I just gave my back to her...They lied to me and make me waste my time and money. After that I'll never return to this place again.

i'VE BEEN A CUSTOMER for more than 4 years w/ Elaine but about a week or so,everytime that I call to find her I have a different excuse about her absence...
