I have very unhappy with Mosa! I bought a couple of packages online for myself, my sister and husband...They never told us verbally about a policy regarding canceling your appointment, apparently it was in the fine print. So when you cancel you lose a treatment. But they failed to tell us this the first three times I rescheduled (due to work & baby) I had 6 sessions and on the third one I actually got done, they said I didn't have any more because of the "policy" and I needed to pay for another package. They did the same thing to my sister. She only received two out of six sessions. When I called to talk to someone about it, they are very rude and say they can't do anything. And on top of that said ''you bought your packages online through Groupon so you didn't pay that much anyway'' What the hell is that all about! I am very upset and would also like to add I've had 9 sessions with them on my face and still have hair :( DONT GO TO MOSA MED SPA (kendall or miami beach) THEY ARE LIARS AND DONT KNOW WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS!

Horrible! Rude!. I had the same terrible experience! The receptionist at Mose Med Spa is rude and incompetent. She scheduled me an appointment for november 15 and when I showed up the door was locked so I called and they didn't even have my appointment on record! Keep in mind I waited an entire month to get the appointment in the first place then they didn't apologize for their mistake or try to fit me in as soon as possible. Instead, they made me another appointment for another 4 weeks later. At this point I waited 8 weeks to even see them. For the second appointment, I was stuck in traffic and even called them to tell them and when I showed up only 15 minutes late they turned me away and were so incredibly rude. They didn't offer me any options to compensate for this nor did they apologize for their mistake 4 weeks earlier. I drove all the way from Miami Beach and had to turn around. This place is a disaster. I would advise to never go here. Never go to Mosa Med Spa! I have gone to other spas for laser hair removal and had wonderful experiences. They need to reform their staff and have respect for the customers time and money. I would give no stars if i could also!

Old machines that burn and they are very rude and unprofessi. Their location is surrounded by traffic and if you call them to say you will be 15 minutes late, they tell you that if it is more than 10 mins you have to re-schedule, but for the re-scheduling they are "booked" until 3 months after the day you will miss th

e appointment for being 15 not 10 mins late... Then they put me on hold and after 6 mins of hold they hung up... I didn't even bother to call back, obviously they have no manners... I inquired about saturday appointments and the girl at the front desk (dalina) replied that they are booked for the rest of the year (2010) next year (2011) and the year after that (2011)... Now is that rude or am I from another planet? Then I tried to make an appointment for feb. since they are booked for january and she said that she doesn't have the schedule for

feb. yet... Then I said but you do have for next year and the following after for the saturday appointments? They are full of bs... Now about their laser machines (which is what I went there for) they are old machines that burn... Yes they burn a lot! It's called candela and for sure they are candela, they are not the newest candela, and they only have 1 kind regardless of what type of skin you have (there is a machine for dark skin, light skin, etc...) Basically, I don't recommend this place to anyone!! I only have to somehow in their "booked" schedule put my appointments bc the treatments were pre-paid otherwise I would lose my $, but if I could get it back trust me I would... And if I could give a zero star I also would have...

A Real Medspa!. Rejuve has a great location in South Beach: private and easy access. I loved the atmosphere: clean, modern, relaxed. The doctor owns the medspa and actually comes everyday and performs the proceudres! The staff is just great and know what they are talking about. I would recommend Rejuve to anybody looking into rejuvenating procedures.
