At first I was excited to go here because the space and location are great. However, bad customer service can ruin anything. After paying $6 to park in a nearby garage, I was stood up by my specialist at the center. The girl at the counter was very unapologetic and rescheduled me telling me they would call to confirm. I never got a call, and when I called them on the day of my next appointment, they had no record of it!! The owner even was rude to me. It was a very unprofessional environment where the specialists even bad mouth and complain about customers who have just left. I turned and ran and would not recommend this place to anyone. Looking back, I am glad I did not waste anymore of my time or money there.
