Beautiful Skin, Caring Staff. This place is a beauty oasis, a serene corner of Coconut Grove, where you're cared for by warm staff who seriously know their skin. Treatments range from a classic facial to LED light therapy and nonsurgical facelifts,executed by the excellent Adriana.

Beautifull Spa, Relaxing and grace is the best!!. I had a great facial by Grace whom was so sweet and professional. She schooled me on what i need to do to keep my skin healthy and the facial was so soothing and relaxing i felt as if i was on vacation. very nice place to add to the supperior services rendered and i will make sure to Return soon. Says alot because ive been to many spas but none match this one.

The best facial ever!. This spa was very luxurious and the customer service I received was excellent. I felt pampered and like my skin was getting the very best treatment. This facial was special because the therapist knew exactly what to do for my skin and made me look my best! Normally, when I get a facial I am left red and feeling like the therapist did not know what she was doing. This is definitely not the case here, everyone is very educated and knowledgeable. They seemed to do what my skin needed and recommended products that could genuinely make a difference for my skin. It is quite a relief for me to get real advice instead of someone selling me something just to make money. This place really cares about me and my skin! I HIGHLY recommend that you give it a try!

Wonderful Atmosphere and Service. The Center for Beautiful skin is an amazing spa. The owner is friendly and sweet. Whenever i come she is usually there with a smile and always makes me feel special. If she is not there then the people at the front desk are attentive and make me feel relaxed the second i walk in the place. I am always offered tea, coffee, or cucumber water and dried cherries and nuts, which are healthy and delicious! The estheticians are very knowledgeable and whenever i leave i feel like my skin is getting better and better. They sell dermalogica products which work wonders and they have different ones for all skin types. True makeup is also sold there and i love it! They even have cosabella clothing for a great price and i just bought a dress there that got me many compliments. This place is my new favorite spa because they have wonderful treatments for great prices because they are always having specials. Everyone should come here for relaxation, to help your skin, or even to go shopping! Love this place!!

Completely relaxing and rejuvenating experience. I just had my first facial at The Center for Beautiful Skin and I already can't wait to make my next appointment to go back. I live in the Grove, so I just walked over and from the moment I walked in, they were very attentive and accommodating. Shannon greeted me and got me all set up right away with the paperwork, pomegranate tea and dried fruit and nuts (delicious!). The facility was larger than I expected and very clean and cozy. The bathrobe was to die for soft. The treatment room was very relaxing. Natasha was my esthetician and she really knew what she was doing. A lot of facials I have had (at the Biltmore, Ritz, etc.), the esthetician slaps a mask on you and leaves the room. There was a lot more massage (shoulders, neck, face and hands) in this facial, so I really felt I got my money's worth. I practically fell asleep, but made sure I didn't so I could enjoy every minute of it. After the treatment, Shannon sent me off with a bag full of samples of the Dermalogica products (and even some For Men for my boyfriend) as well as samples of the mineral makeup they sell. I love when places are generous with the samples. I will be buying the products as soon as the samples empty out! A really wonderful experience and will be back soon, along with everyone else I tell.

The Most Wonderful Experience!!. I had the most wonderful experience at this beautiful spa. When I arrived, the girl at the front desk immediately greeted me and escorted me to the relaxtion room where I drank soothing green tea and nibbled on delicious dried fruit & almonds. Afterwards I was taken to the changing room, where I changed into an extremely soft robe. If you think that sounds great, wait until I tell you about the facial! The esthetician was so nice! She was extremely gentle on my face and I felt very relaxed. The products she used were phenomenal and they felt really good on my face. When my facial was over, I looked at my face and I deffinitely saw a difference. My face was glowing.

Overall, this place is just amazing! I highly recommend it. They've got everything! They also do manicures and pedicures, and they have hair stylists as well. I purchased the Dermalogica products they used for my facial, and so far they've been excellent. I am definitely going back.

This place really deserves 10 stars, but City Search only allows 5, oh well.

The Center for Beautiful Skin offers friendly and knowledgable customer service along with a luxurious enviroment. Our facials and technology treatments offer real results. Amazing spa experience!. I went to the Center for Beautiful Skin after I recieved a gift card from a friend of mine. Although I was embarrassed to show up with the way my skin looked and never had a facial, I knew I needed to take care of my face. When I got there I was pleased to find out that they were having a fall special with $95 facials, which my $100 gift card covered! I was greeted right away and taken to a beautiful lounge to fill out paperwork while I sipped on herbal tea and snacked on walnuts and sweet dried cherries...delicious! I was escorted to the gorgeous bathroom to change into the softest robes! Still appealing to my satisfactions, there was a Dove dark chocolate in my locker! My facial was extremely relaxing and the esthetician was very gentle, yet thourough and made me feel comfortable whlie she explained what was going on with my skin. She gave me a face mapping and I learned that I was doing alot of the wrong 'things' and using all of the wrong products for my skin type... which I didn't even know until now. After my facial, I was given samples of the products best for my skin and I loved that I wasn't pressured into having to buy right then! Now that I have tried my samples, I am so pleased with the results that I am going back to buy! Great place, amazing experience! :)

Horrible Customer Service! Avoid!. At first I was excited to go here because the space and location are great. However, bad customer service can ruin anything. After paying $6 to park in a nearby garage, I was stood up by my specialist at the center. The girl at the counter was very unapologetic and rescheduled me telling me they would call to confirm. I never got a call, and when I called them on the day of my next appointment, they had no record of it!! The owner even was rude to me. It was a very unprofessional environment where the specialists even bad mouth and complain about customers who have just left. I turned and ran and would not recommend this place to anyone. Looking back, I am glad I did not waste anymore of my time or money there.
