Dissappointing Service. I've always been nervous about cutting my dog's nails myself, since she has dark nails, so I always bring her to a groomer in order for them to be trimmed. I brought her to The Dog House expecting that the groomer's knew what they were doing... I was wrong. They cut 2 of her nails too short and caused a lot of bleeding that did not subside quickly. They attempted to stop the bleeding unsuccessfully and insisted it would stop soon. I brought her home and soon I discovered that she was bleeding all over my apartment!! I am deeply disappointed with my experience and will discourage anyone from bringing there pet there. If they can't do something as simple as trim a dog's nails then why would you trust them with anything else?
