The BEST Doctors and staff in Miami!!!. I went for a free consultation and ended up doing Full Body Laser hair removal. I am on my 3rd session and have seen amazing results. The laser they use is defiinatly top notch as I used to go to a hole in the wall place and had to do about 12 session, here I am almost 50% hair free already!!! I have also since done a laser for my acne scars on my face called the Fraxel and it is unbeleivable the complements I am getting. Dr Barnes is FANTASTIC as well as the staff. I am just getting up the nerve to start doing Botox next month but Im sure Ill be back with wonderful things to say! Thank You DermaCare!!!!!! You guys are the best!!!

Stay away if you are serious about your skin -- and your wallet. STAY AWAY IF YOU ARE SERIOUS ABOUT YOUR SKIN -- AND YOUR WALLET! I went in for a consultation (it never happened) and a possible facial. The esthetician pulled a "bait and switch" on me, and instead of a facial, she did a micro-jet peel for $190, which did NOTHING for my skin but dry it out a lot. Product advice was done poorly, and when they were out of the item she had strongly recommended, they sold me another item which was unrelated to my condition (I realized it when I got home and read the package insert). Staff kept coming in and ouI of the treatment room, distracting the facialist and interrupting was was supposed to be a pleasant, relaxing experience for me. It was not and I won't be going back.

So realxing.... I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Dermacare. I had the SilkPeel done and my skin has never felt or looked better. The staff was wonderfully helpful and generous. They answered all of my questions and made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. I would recommend Dermacare to anyone. I have every intention of returning to Dermacare.

Heaven on Earth. I went to Dermacare for simple laser hair removal...one thing led to another and I also had a facial rejuvenation treatment. I have always been self conscience about my complexion (after years of Florida sun and acne scars) and have learned to live with my discomfort. I never knew that I could have a second chance! I did 1 Active FX Laser Treatment three months ago and my complexion is amazing, it has taken 10 years off my face and most of all I am soooooooooo pleased with myself. I did this for me and I feel great. Their prices are reasonable, the place is beautiful but the doctors are the best thing about Dermacare! My experience was definitely life changing and I want to share it with the world!
