Final Price just like their estimate. They were ontime. The crew was friendly and helpful. Will use them again.

that Gerry contracted another mover called American Movers out of Colorado (303-402-**** - Tina ) to move the furniture from Miami warehouse to Tampa area. One guy to unload. He unloaded the furniture. He handed my brother a bill for the full amount, he told my brother that he was in Miami last night to pick up the furniture from the warehouse and drove it over. The driver was told by Gerry that Gerry refunded our money back to our credit card and that he, the driver, was to collect the full amount from us. I called AMEX and they said that there was no such refund ( as of 7-15-08 ) and that they had charged our credit card and that the charge was paid to AAA Affordable & Reliable Moving on 7-3-08. I didn't pay American Movers because I had already paid Gerry for the move. Tina from American Movers called me and I explained the whole situation from the beginning to her. Then she called Gerry to discuss what happened - she wasn't happy AT ALL. She told me she has been trying to call him back and keeps getting sent to the 1-305-763-**** line, that phone line goes nowhere. Problem is that all the furniture was not delivered. I am still missing 4 legs to an antique writing desk. I'm not sure if Gerry still has them in his warehouse or if Tina's driver has them mixed in with the rest of their load. I asked Tina to have the driver look for them and UPS COD them to me. But if she doesn't have them then obviously Gerry does, but he won't respond to my phone calls or emails. I have had to get a lawyer involved. With all the added expenses I incurred because of Gerry, I find this company NEITHER AFFORDABLE or RELIABLE. I will never use them again or recommend them.
Pros: I have nothing good to say about this company and it's handling of our furniture
Cons: They are horrible.
