sleek victim. Terrible. I have been trying to get a refund for the past 3 weeks. No one will call me or email me back. I got my package in Natick,MA. They took my money in five minutes but now won't return a call. You call the home office they say they will get back to you in 24 hours but it's been 3 weeks and nothing......Very pissed off....
Stay as far away as possible.

Sleek Med Spa is awful. I purchased an unlimited laser hair removal package in their Aventura location. They shut down the location, didn't even call to inform me. When I called to see what was going on they informed me that there is no such thing as unlimited package, that Aventura is closed and I must go to Boca, that the office is only open from 10:00-4:00 Monday to Friday (hello, I work and it used to be open in Sundays in Aventua and until 7:00) and that My package will be reduced to 6 visits. When I called and spoke with the head of customer service Wayne Williams he informs me that according to my chart I have had 16 treatments and have passed my alloted 6 and when I ask for a refund informs me that I owe Sleek money. My reply is if i would have had 16 treatment I am supposed to have my hairs removed and would not need to be in this situation. The reason my chart probably indicates such a high number of treatments is because every single appointment I made was cancelled and if i was lucky, rescheduled. In the 8 months since I purchased the package Sleek was only able to deliver treatment twice. Now they refuse to offer me a refund or continue the treatment I paid $4,000 for. Learn from me Stay as far away as possible. Especially from Wayne WIlliams !!!

SO BAD, I believe the good reviews are fake!. The high pressure sales and phony promises are one thing, but the unbearable lack of consideration (once they get your money) for the client is astounding. The store I paid for services at closed, simple enough, right?? The store closed at the end of August, and here we are two weeks from Christmas, and sleek STILL owes me $1275. Messages and emails go unanswered, and if by some miracle you get through to them on the phone, the person you need to speak with will "not be in". As far as their actual procedures go, I wouldn't touch them with a ten foot pole! The worst customer service ethics I have ever experienced in the salon/spa business. Read the rest of the reviews! My god I wish I had, I would never have walked through their doors the first time!

I had a Vaser Lipo with Dr. Lagrasso three months ago. The worst and dangerous experience ever!!!
The day of the surgery they throw me out...from the surgical bed to the wheel chair...to the back door. They did not even clean me...I had blood all over my face! A lot of fluid and blood was coming out from my back. When I left the car my friend car seat and my clothes were filled with fluids and blood. They forgot to prescribe the pain killer...at night I was in terrible pain and immerse in a continuos bleeding all over the bed. My friend called dr Lagrasso and its staff. No one picked up...no one called me back. I asked many question for my post-op and nobody told me the truth....they just said "after 24 hrs remove everything and take a shower"...like was nothing.
In the morning I' ve heard dr Lagrasso on the phone and he told me to remove everything. I did not know that I had a drainer on my back and it was OPEN. Fortunatley my friend refused to take it out...beside the fact that the drainer was attached with stitches, I would have to come back to surgery if I had followed the instruction. The licking should be from one to two days but after a week I was still filling the pad, but dr Lagrasso removed the drainer anyway. After three days the cut was closed, my back started to swollen and I had fever. I called million times at every number, no one ever called me back. Finally I was able to talk with a nurse who told me that "it was not related to surgery and to go to see my physician"... I insisted over and over calling leaving messages that I had 102 of fever, I also wrote emails. NOBODY CALLED ME BACK...After three days of high fever, at night my back popped and all infection came out...I had NO choice but running to the emergency where they put me under intense care...I was running out of time...things were pretty serious!!! They found an abscess in my back caused by the open drainer. Two days in the Hospital with an I.V. and all spectrum of antibiotics, dr Lagrasso finally called back and decided with the Doctor who have me in care my Hospitalization. When I went to their office after two days of my dismissal they admit the "mistake" and their willing to pay the 7000$ of the Hospital bill. They called me after a month that I was trying to get in contact with them about the bill... one day Mrs Jeannine called me and she told me that was my choice to go to the Hospital and I should call them...yes...like I want to pay 7000$ instead having the 90 days of "already paid" care that by law they have to give me. She was nervous, she didn't want to answer to my questions and she hung up the phone on me. ORRIBLE!!!
Beside that the surgery was not a success...I did my hips and I am not symmetrical at all...I have a huge hole on my left side.
Be careful people...there are a lot of good professional in Miami but definitely dr Lagrasso and its staff are NOT one of them. Their prices are not less than the best and most famous P.S. in USA!!! Please make treasure of my bad experience and find yourself a good and responsible doctor.

Don't even walk in here. That "free consultation"? It's a trap. It's actually a high pressure sales.
They called me and tell me that I was being given $150. I made sure that this was not a spam, scam, because I hate being contacted by phone marketing people. The person on the other end of the line assured me that this was not. So I accepted an appointment thinking I was going to receive some discount on the procedure and I was thinking about a Botox for only one area. During the consultation I was told that I need to do many other things and estimated cost which was given to me was about $3000. Not something I was expecting. Prices in Sleek MedSpa is way higher then anywhere!
Do not waste your time. You will trap yourself with something you don't even need. They will try to sell. I was offered so many different procedures that I felt very uncomfortable.
When I left I was trying to figure out why I was offered to do all those procedures. I do not need any of those things!
Do not buy their false advertisement.

So I won a so called gift certificate for friend and myself $150 towards any service at spa( and when speaking with the call center person said I would like to only try one session for my face she said that was fine you can use your credit for the one session - remember the catch though to spread the word about sleek medspa) as well as a free consultation which is a value of "$85". My friend and I were like how great we can test out the place and see if it's worth doing the package. So the call center books our appt. together at 4pm on a Tue. because they are so booked and that was the only time I was like ok I will change the my work hour for that. So my friend and I get a phone call for the Aventura Sleek medspa on the Tue. of our appt saying can you guys make it at 3:30pm because we're busy at 4pm. I was like ok I guess we'll try to make it. Then 30mins later the call center calls us as a reminder that we have our free consultaion today at 4pm and I was like no its a 3:30pm the spa called us (the lady is unaware of this). Long story short we get to the spa 3:20 pm fill out the paper work ask the receptionist the pricing and how long it takes she's clueless. They don't see us till 4pm which really ticked me off. So basically my free consulation with the "sales manager" was oh you're a pretty girl and with a little bit of work you'll be fine(by the way the young lady had her nailpolish chipped and her face could use a little work as well). Then I ask how much is the one chemical peel/photo facials since I won this each session is $125 we were like perf. we'll try it once and if we like it we'll continue with the 6 session since our $150 went to any service. My friend never gets her so called "consultation" We try to book our appt. for the photo facials and ask once more to make sure the gift certificate will cover the one time session and the sales manager is like no you need to pay by cc and and from the six session the $150 will be discounted towards the package. So basically bottom line is that this was a waste of my TIME and probably yours(the starting price for the facial package was $1,800)!!!! Better off going to a dermatologist who is well known. I also knew someone who tried getting the facial hair removal and nothing they still have hair!!
OH and they better believe I'll spreading the word to everyone I know that they are a scam.

I was surprised at how the staff has no knowledge of any of the surgical procedures that were offered at the spa. I spoke to Felicity who claimed to be the surgical coordinator but was she was not able to answer any of my questions regarding breast implant surgery.??? She seemed very unexperienced and uninterested.
I would not recommend this place at all.
A Nightmare-. sleek med was a big scam!they talked me in to numerous of services that left me unsatisfied.The staff and there so called corporate office, what is really a call center.They all were unprofessinal people who faked there positions,and didnt care about my concerns.I will NEVER recommend this place! A nightmare is what i experienced...
Great experience -.. I had a great experience and the staff was great. Very caring. After my facial treatments, I felt 10 years younger! Cannot wait to return
Bad Customer Service. I would NOT recommend this spa! I bought a photofacial package for thousands and got burned....not only once, but twice. I was then told to buy products to sooth my skin! When I spoke to the manager, ( who might I add was yelling very loudly on the phone) she told me it is not in her job description to handle those types of problems and I need to go home ,write a leter to customer service, and wait. This was the the most dissapointing spa experience I have ever had. Whats more....when I called customer service, I did not even receive a call back
