Miami Beach Flood Force impressed me with their 24 Hour emergency flood cleanup service when they showed up fast at 6 AM with 3 techs ready to go. Without them my house would have been ruined when the toilet let loose overnight and flooded the house. We had wet walls, wet carpets and wet ceilings and they used some high power fans for drying. They really had their act together and organized. Thanks for the 24 hour flood emergency services in Miami Beach FL.

24 HOUR EMERGENCY FLOOD SERVICE. Flood Force certainly lived up to its claim of 24 Hour Emergency Water Damage Restoration Service. They came at 4 AM and performed a quality flood service and water removal from my flooded house. Now my wet wood floor and wet carpet are dry and the house is liveable again. They billed my insurance company for the water damage service.

Friendly Water Removal Flood Service. Flood service done fast with uniformed crew. Service was super and flood damage prevented from making mold damage

Rude and nasty and misrepresented free estimate. I called them for an emergency flood caused by a toilet overflow. The person answering the 800 number advised they would be out within one hour (not the 30 minutes advertised) and also advised that when the technician arrived I would be giv en a free estimate. The technician called and advised that it was going to cost $5-6,000 without even knowing the size of the house, etc. He then told me that if he came and we decided not to accept the estimate, we would have to pay $250 for the estimate. When I called the 800 number again, the man I had previously talked to said "f**k off lady" I could not believe my ears and called again. He again said "f**k off, f**k off" and hung up on me. I could not believe this was happening. I called two more times and each time the man used profanity and hung up.

I would not ever use or recommend this company.

Fast Response. Flood Force responded at 2AM w/4 technicians ready to work. I had 2 floors of water damage which they prevented from getting moldy.
