no no. I will never return. I went about a year ago. the girls at the front were not personable, in fact they were rude. when the waxer came out, she didnt walk me to the room. she just directed me where to go (so awkward). she wasnt conversational at all. She continued to reapply the wax up to 5 times, when i asked if that was okay she said yes because it had pine resin. I found out later that pine resin is what causes skin irritation. Low and behold, i got major burns under my eyebrows. She said it would come off with an exfoliator. WRONG! it made it worse. I will NEVER go back to uni k wa.

Great, safe and very clean. I tried this place because it's at the same plaza as my hair salon. I also heard that they use a great wax for someone like me with sensitive skin. I fell in love with the place and the staff. Everyone is very professional, the place is clean and the owners are fantastic. I highly recommend this place if you have sensitive skin and gave up on waxing all together like I had done.
